After booking on-line or via phone, you will arrive for your appointment to find a notice on the door asking you to ring the salon number 01767 210210
You will then be greeted by our Front of House team who will ask you to use the hand sanitiser. The FoH, wearing PPE, will welcome you with a friendly hello rather than a hug and will ask to take your temperature using a digital thermometer.
FoH will then direct you to your personal PPE pack and ask you to put on your mask, gloves, gown, cutting collar and one of your two towels. If you have your own mask, you may use that .
Next you will be escorted to your stylist's section where your stylist will provide a consultation via the mirror to minimise face to face interaction.
Rest assured, your styling station has just been sanitised and the stylist's equipment has been freshly sterilised for you and every client.
While there are now no magazines in salon, you are free to use our free WiFi to keep yourself entertained. We will also not be offering refreshments but please feel free to bring your own.
All payments will be made in advance to reduce contact in the salon. Natasha will call you the day before your visit to ensure you are well, take payment and go through what your salon journey will entail. Please note that we will also be adding a £3 charge for the PPE to your bill. We hope you understand the need for us to do this.
On your way out you will drop your PPE into the pedal bins provided, please sanitise your hands again. We respectfully ask our team and clients to bring as little as possible into the salon to minimise the transfer of germs.

Book your appointment in advance
Arrive at the salon at the agreed time to maximise social distancing
Arrive at the salon alone, wherever possible - if you are a carer or the appointment is for a child, please let us know beforehand
Wear a face mask if you have one (or we will provide you with one in your PPE pack)
Sanitise your hands before and after your service
Do not touch the products in the retail area. If you would like to purchase any home care, please speak with your stylist.
Complete a small consultation over the phone prior to your appointment
Agree to have a temperature check upon arrival
Notify us if you are feeling unwell or anyone you live with is unwell or self-isolating, and stay at home.
