Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will:

· Deliver high-quality hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, tailored to client needs

· Provide expert consultations to clients, offering advice and creative ideas to meet their hair goals

· Lead by example, mentoring and supporting junior team members to develop their skills and confidence

· Stay up-to-date with current trends, techniques, and products to ensure our services remain cutting-edge

· Maintain a clean and professional workspace, contributing to the salon’s welcoming atmosphere

· Promote and upsell products and services to clients, helping them maintain their look between appointments

· Build lasting client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookings

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior stylist role.

• A creative, professional, and client-focused approach to styling and hair care.

• Strong leadership skills to inspire and mentor junior team members.

• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with the team.

• A passion for keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the hairdressing industry.

• A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong work ethic.
